The Site https://lessuitesdulac.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable International Regulations.

The Lake Suites | Emmanuel Lopez is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

The Lake Suites | Emmanuel Lopez cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Site.

The Lake Suites | Emmanuel Lopez undertakes to secure the Site as best as possible, however his responsibility cannot be called into question if unwanted data is imported and installed on his site without his knowledge.

5. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the site https://lessuitesdulac.fr is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.

6. Theft and liability

Your credit card details are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards to guarantee your Reservation.  
By booking at our establishment, you expressly accept and authorize that any theft of equipment, bath linens or consumer products will be debited from the bank card that you provided to us during your reservation.

You are responsible for any damage, theft, loss or harm suffered by Our establishment following a fault (acts or omissions) or negligence on Your part.

The prices for bath linen items are as follows:
- Bathrobe: €90
- Pool towel: €40
- Large towel: €79
- Small towel: €59
- Carpet: 40€
We provide you with quality products and count on you to return them to us in suitable condition. Any violation of this rule may result in additional charges billed to your credit card. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

7. Pool 

During the summer season, our swimming pool is heated to a comfortable temperature of 25C°. This temperature allows you to enjoy a pleasant bath, while limiting energy consumption to remain in line with our eco-responsible approach. This seasonal adaptation aims to ensure optimal comfort while respecting the environment.

8. Nordique space

Located outside in a bio-climatic pergola, we provide you with free access during your stay from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Privatization possible at an additional cost from 7:15 p.m. per 45-minute session.

This is made up of a jacuzzi and a Sauna (see paragraph 9).

ACCESS IS RESERVED FOR PEOPLE OVER 15 YEARS OF AGE and not recommended for pregnant women, people sensitive to high temperatures and those suffering from heart problems or blood pressure.

9. Jacuzzi & Sauna

In summer, our jacuzzi is set to stay at room temperature, providing a natural refreshing experience. This choice reduces energy consumption during hot periods and limits our carbon footprint.

Outdoor sauna offers a dry and invigorating heat experience. For well-being in harmony with the seasons, our sauna is put on standby during the summer. This measure allows us to maintain our sustainable approach and our commitment to eco-responsibility.

Recommended duration: 20/30 minutes per session

10. Regulations

The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival (check-in), the payment methods accepted are: BANK CARDS (VISA-MASTERCARD-AMEX) or CASH. PAYMENT BY BANK CHECKS IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Payment by HOLIDAY CHECKS (paper or electronic) is only accepted for preservations made directly on our website (www.lessuitesdulac.fr) or by telephone.

The website https://lessuitesdulac.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) belongs to Les Suites du Lac | Emmanuel Lopes (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
